  • What is your same day delivery cut-off time?

    We offer local delivery 5 days a week Wednesday thru Sunday . Same day delivery cut off is noon. (Exceptions: Valentines and Mother’s Day require more advance ordering

  • When will my delivery arrive?

    All deliveries get delivered between 10-6, and sometimes into the evening on high volume days. Business deliveries will be prioritized and delivered by 5. If you have a specific delivery time request include it on your order notes or give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate. (Exception: due to high volume of deliveries on some major holidays such as Valentines and Mother’s Day we can not guarantee times)

  • How do I care for my bouquet?

    Keep your arrangement away from heat or direct sunlight to maximize your arrangements vase life. If you receive a loose wrap give the stems a fresh cut and fill your vase with cool water. For based arrangements its recomnede to change the vase water and give the stems a fresh cut every couple days.

  • What is your return policy

    All live product (plants and flowers) sales are final. Other merchandize can be returned within 1 week with receipt for store credit.

  • How long should my arrangement last?

    While there are a lot of variables that affect the life of your arrangement most SAGE. arrangements should last 4-6 days and sometimes longer based on flower selection. If your flowers arrive looking witty or seem to die in a shorter time please give us a call. We love to trouble shoot with you and Steve to guarantee the quality of all of our arrangements.
